OpenL Tablets

This release introduces several bug fixes:

• Fixed a database upgrade failure where reformatted Flyway migration scripts changed their checksums, causing a mismatch that aborted startup.
• Fixed a NoClassDefFoundError for jakarta/activation/DataSource by pinning jakarta.activation-api to 2.1.4 in the BOM, overriding Jackson's transitive 1.2.2.
• Fixed the project status API returning a stale compilation result after a table edit; edits now invalidate the cached status.
