OpenL Tablets 6.1.0 Released

This release introduces several new features and a number of improvements and bug fixes:
- Rule tracing and execution — Trace and run rules via REST, for the Studio UI and AI-agent (MCP) tooling.
- Simpler OpenL Maven projects — pom.xml-less modules under one anchor pom, a new migrate goal, and automatic deployment artifacts.
- Stronger access control and safer APIs — Protected-branch bypass, ACL-governed Multi-User mode, sanitized OpenL Rule Services errors.
