OpenL Tablets

This release introduces several bug fixes and the following new features and improvements:

• The new "Scope" section in Rules Editor search now allows searching either in the current module, or in the whole project, or in the current project and its dependent projects.
• Extra methods can be defined in OpenL Tablets annotation template services with custom SpreadsheetResult classes in return types.
• Kubernetes health checks are implemented.
