OpenL Tablets 5.25.5 Released

This release introduces several bug fixes:
- The library log4j is updated to 2.16.0 due to CVE-2021-44228 and CVE-2021-45046
- Fixed the issue with horisontal condition in smart lookup table that is matched incorrectly with the input data, if the columns are merged
- Fixed the issue with compilation of smart lookup table that has external return , if some cells are merged
