- Implemented Docker Support for MinIO as an S3-Compatible Storage Repository.

- Added support for the 'yyyy-MM-dd' format in the toDate() function, adhering to the ISO 8601 standard.
OpenL Studio:
- Implemented RESTful endpoints for modifying rule tables within projects.
- Implemented a search functionality on the Project page in Webstudio Editor.
Fixed Bugs
OpenL Studio:
- User unable to interact with WebStudio Editor after session expiry.
- The user with only CREATE permissions is unable to view a project they created if the project is derived from a template.

- Rule Services frontend fails when any input parameter is null.
- Rule Service fails to start in the absence of defined publishers.
