OpenL Tablets 5.23.14 Released

This release introduces several bug fixes:
- The library log4j is updated to 2.15.0 due to CVE-2021-44228
- Fixed the issue with the return values that are included in the return result if conditions do not match.
- Fixed the issue when deprecated functionality "include" stopped working for dependent modules.
