OpenL Tablets

This release introduces several new features and a number of improvements and bug fixes:

• Cloud-ready logging — Structured ECS JSON logs from the Docker images, selectable with LOGGING_FORMAT (ecs, otel, plain, none) for Elastic, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Interactive table dependency graph — A rebuilt OpenL Studio view to explore table dependencies, highlight call cycles, and inspect versioned-method dispatch, backed by a documented REST API.
• Stability and reliability — Critical memory leaks fixed for Git and Azure repositories, multi-module Maven deployment restored, and a clean JVM shutdown after Tomcat stops.
