OpenL Tablets

This release introduces several new features, improvements and bug fixes:

• Interactive rule debugger — Pause a rule, step into, over and out of called rules, and set breakpoints and watches, with a business view that explains which decision-table rule fired and why.
• Projects and Deployments in React — The new tabs reach production parity with the legacy JSF Repository screens, which are removed, and table creation and copying become React modals covering all fifteen OpenL table types.
• Projects in any Git branch — Create and delete projects in non-default branches, with each project discovered across every readable branch under its own path and permissions.
